• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and the gifts are delivered only in Kolhapur.
• The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 10:00 am to 8.00 pm.
• If recipient is not at the given address, the gift item would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept it a note will be left on the door asking the recipient to contact our local office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. KolhapurMall.com reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
• KolhapurMall.com reserves the rights to check out the identity before giving any gifts to the person who comes to collect it, instead of recipient.

We have chosen CCNow.com as our credit card service providers, all orders will be charged by CCNOW, on consumer's credit card. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover.

• KolhapurMall.com is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, weather conditions, incorrect addresses or acts of war.
• KolhapurMall.com reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation. KolhapurMall.com is not liable for more than the retail cost of item.
• KolhapurMall.com will try its best for on time delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason will not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
• In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, KolhapurMall.com will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
  
• The items provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. KolhapurMall.com does not give warranty, that the items offered will be exactly similar. We are not responsible for any defective item.
  
• KolhapurMall.com assures the hand delivery of its products as specified in the order form. The picture of relatives receiving gifts will be available upon request with extra charge.
  KolhapurMall.com will deliver exactly the same item displayed. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non-availability of products it reserves the right to deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available,

• For the “Watches” category as well as the watches we mentioned in “Packages” category, same item comes in different models and also different price ranges. It is not possible for us to display all items for all price ranges. We will deliver the similar item but in appropriate price range.
  
• In the “Dresses” category ,dresses we showed, same dresses come in different types, colors and textures. Also price ranges are different for the same kind of dress. It is not possible for us to display all dresses for all price ranges. We will deliver the similar dress but in appropriate price range.
